Your smooth switch to Gymly: From introduction to go-live in seven steps.

Switching to a new software can sometimes be a hassle, especially in the fitness world with all the member data, subscriptions and products. But don't worry, at Gymly we understand and are here to make the process as easy as possible with 7 simple steps. Let's dive in.
Step 1: Meeting your Onboarding Specialist
You start by meeting with your own Onboarding Specialist, who will guide you through the transition. During this first meeting, you will discuss the schedule, requirements, and what to expect. Naturally, there is also time to ask questions and discuss any concerns.
Step 2: Activating your Admin Dashboard
Time to get started! You will receive an activation email to create your account and gain access to the Gymly platform at admin.gymly.io. Your admin platform is still in "onboarding" mode, so you can prepare everything before hitting the "go live" button.
Step 3: Completing your profile and verification with the bank
Once you are logged in, you will be asked to complete your company profile and verify with the bank (KYC with Adyen). Gymly establishes a direct connection with Adyen to ensure that everything is secure and compliant with regulations. Verification with Adyen usually takes 2-3 business days
Step 4: Exporting and importing data
One of the most important steps: moving your data. No stress, your Onboarding Specialist is ready to help, and we have handy templates to guide you in retrieving your data from your current software provider.
Step 5: Arrange payments and customize branding
At Gymly, you have complete freedom to customize your dashboard to your liking. Whether it involves managing payments or matching the branding to your business, you are in control. Once everything is set up behind the scenes, you are ready to click the "go live" button when you are ready.
Step 6: Communication with your members and app installation
Good communication is essential during this transition. We provide you with tools and tips to keep your members informed and engaged during onboarding. Thanks to the intuitive app, your members will quickly get used to the new system.
Step 7: Let's Go Live!
And then the time has come: you are ready to go live with Gymly! With a personalized platform, smooth operations, and satisfied members, you can face the future with peace of mind. Let's do this!
